This Georgian inspired five bedroom home is excellently balanced in elevation and features a number of distinctive architectural details, from stone cills and vent details in order to contrast the red brickwork and dark slate tiling.

Styling derived from context

Boston Spa is renowned for its Georgian architecture and has a number of exemplary buildings to take inspiration from in terms of styling, particularly along the high street, which is famous for being one of the longest Georgian streets in the world.

Due to this, these architectural features were ingrained in the design of the houses from the outset of the project.

By virtue of each house being unique, the site has a very natural and bespoke feel to it - the quality finishes of each house can be clearly seen through choices in materiality and detailing. It suits the conservation area brilliantly and will age seamlessly into its surroundings, acting as a welcome addition to the Boston Spa high street.
