The recent promotion of three of our team (Graham Hepworth, Simon Taylor and Harpreet Syan) exemplifies our dedication to recognising and rewarding their talent. These team members have demonstrated skill, dedication, and been integral to the advancement of the practice’s culture and values.

Graham Hepworth’s promotion to Director is unique as he joined the practice as a teenager over 20 years ago, straight from school, and has constantly progressed, acquiring an impressive skill set for complex technical construction packages. Within his new role Graham will be overseeing and managing the production of construction information. His vast experience and knowledge will be a vital resource for our technical team.

Simon Taylor has also been with the practice for over 20 years and has been proficient in representing the company to clients and various consultants when delivering planning applications. His promotion to Director will see him overseeing the planning application process on projects. The knowledge and experience Simon has developed during his time at Den has been a significant resource to both the company and his colleagues.

Harpreet Syan joined Den over 9 years ago and has shown a constant desire to improve, and through this has developed into a key member of the team having responsibility for both planning and construction packages. His promotion to Associate Director will see him take a more active role in marketing and branding as he has shown a positive interest in that aspect of the business.

By promoting from within, we not only acknowledge hard work but also actively encourage others to develop and be recognised. Our commitment to internal growth creates a culture of healthy competition and continuous improvement. We are sure there will be further evidence of this in the not too distant future with regards to others within the company.

We understand the importance of career progression in our competitive industry. At Den Architecture, we actively encourage our team members to thrive and progress upward. Our focus is on recognising and encouraging unique strengths and providing opportunities for leadership roles, project management responsibilities, and involvement in decision-making processes empowers individuals to shape and direct their own careers.
