Building Work continues on a Residential Scheme in Woolwich, London.

Construction work on the site based on Wellington Street in central Woolwich began with the demolition of the previously existing building. The proposed replacement, currently under construction will consist of 34 high quality residential units and a residents courtyard which aims to utilise the existing Town Hall courtyard, which will be accessible to all residents.

The apartments will be very well linked with Public transport into central London and share a location in the heart of Woolwich.

The scheme has been designed with careful consideration for its delicate surrounding context including Woolwich Town Hall, which has been occupied in the Town Centre since 1906. The building which has been demolished was previously the Regal Cinema, until 1982, before being used as a night club until 2008.
