WHAT WE COVER

Where appointed, we act as Principal Designer under the Building Regulations dutyholder regime. We plan, manage and monitor the design work to support compliance, coordinate with the Client, Principal Contractor and other designers, maintain design risk information, and manage changes so safety-critical decisions are properly recorded.
