Looking back on 2022 at Den Architecture
2022 has been another very exciting year at Den Architecture, with a number of large projects completed, underway on site and in planning.
We’ve had a number of projects hit significant landmarks this year, from the completion of St Mary’s Vale in Boston Spa, to the rapid development of Phoenix on site in Leeds.
Projects in a wide range of sectors and cities across the UK have kept us very busy - join us as we take a look back at some of our ongoing and completed projects from the past year.

Highlights of 2022
Here’s three of our most significant moments from 2022, all representing a diverse range of project stages and briefs.
St Mary’s Vale
Completed
St Mary’s Vale is a high-quality development completed on site in 2022 in the sought-after village of Boston Spa, consisting of 5no. detached dwellings and 2no. semi-detached dwellings.
Phoenix
On Site
Phoenix is a landmark development currently on site in Leeds City Centre. The project consists of 2 blocks of 21 and 17 storeys, both featuring brickwork and textured render layered facade.
FLeet Lane
In Planning
Fleet Lane is an eco-friendly Wedding Venue on the River Aire in Leeds. The venue will include 40 Eco-lodges, which will act as accommodation for up to 120 guests, all served by the main Wedding Venue.
Community Involvement
Alongside all the great projects we have been working on this year, we also got involved in the local community by sponsoring Meanwood Cricket Club for their 2022 season.
Oh and they finished top of the league!
