Progress Update: 175 New Apartments Set to Breathe Life Into Historic Leeds Church

Work continues to progress at pace on our landmark Mount St Mary’s project in Leeds.

The Grade II Listed church, which has stood empty for over 30 years, is being brought back to life as part of an ambitious residential development. Once complete, the scheme will deliver 175 much-needed apartments, combining sensitive restoration with contemporary design.

Recent progress includes façade work on Block A and preparations for steelwork installation on Block B. The transformation of this long-abandoned site is a major milestone for the area, and we’re proud to be part of its next chapter.
