Progress Update: 9 Luxury Art Deco Apartments in Leeds

We are proud to share some major updates on our landmark project for 9 luxury apartments, Val d’Or, Leeds.

The site has changed dramatically in a short space of time. At the start of the year the plot still contained a house; only weeks later, demolition and groundworks have reshaped the site and the basement works are now close to completion.

This momentum on site reflects a well-coordinated team effort between ourselves and the wider team who have all played their part in driving the project forward with care and precision.

With the basement and substructure nearing completion, we’re looking ahead to the next stage and will share further updates as the build progresses.
